Pricing & Rates
Restaurant Depot delivery is $55 flat rate per run, with a $300 minimum order. This rate covers standard delivery within our service area. Volume discounts are available for recurring accounts — contact us to discuss a custom plan.
Hospitality courier runs are priced at a flat rate with no hidden fees. Multi-stop and scheduled routes are priced separately based on distance and complexity. We offer recurring route discounts for clients with regular delivery needs.
Alcohol delivery starts at $45 per run for five cases and includes full compliance documentation with every delivery. Refrigerated transport for wine and draft kegs may affect pricing. Contact us for a custom quote based on your volume and frequency.

We handle deliveries of all distances within our NC, VA, and FL service areas. Local deliveries under 50 miles are our most common routes. Distance affects pricing, but not our commitment to reliable, on-time service. Fuel surcharges apply for runs beyond 50 miles and are always disclosed upfront.
Yes. We deliver to rural locations throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. Rural deliveries may require slightly longer lead times for scheduling, but we're experienced in navigating less-traveled routes and ensuring your products arrive safely.
Yes. We serve the full Florida Keys corridor — from Key Largo through Islamorada, Marathon, and all the way down to Key West. We understand the unique logistics of Keys deliveries and are experienced in navigating the Overseas Highway to ensure reliable, on-time service for your establishment.

Yes — both same-day and next-day delivery are available for Restaurant Depot runs and hospitality courier requests. Contact us before 10 AM for the best chance of same-day service. Availability depends on current route capacity and your location within our service area.
Restaurant Depot deliveries require a $300 minimum order. This ensures we can provide the most efficient and cost-effective service for your operation. There is no minimum order requirement for hospitality courier runs.
Yes. Once your delivery is dispatched, you'll receive updates via text or email. Our drivers maintain direct communication throughout every run, and you can reach our dispatch team at any time for a live status update on your order.
We offer flexible scheduling around your hours of operation — including early morning before service and late night after close. Standard delivery windows are 2–4 hours. Exact timing depends on route optimization, order size, and traffic conditions.
Absolutely. Our hospitality courier service is built for multi-stop and scheduled route options. We can coordinate deliveries across multiple locations in a single run, optimizing routes for efficiency. Contact us to discuss recurring multi-stop routes and volume discounts.
Contact us as soon as possible; you can pull your order tracking link up and talk to the ai assistant or call us if you need to reschedule. Changes made more than 2 hours before the scheduled window can typically be accommodated at no extra charge. Last-minute changes may incur a rescheduling fee depending on route adjustments required.
Licensing & Compliance
Yes. Barbak Hospitality holds all necessary state licenses for alcohol transportation across North Carolina and Virginia. Our drivers are trained in compliance protocols and we maintain up-to-date permits in both states. We deliver beer, wine, and spirits in full accordance with ABC regulations.
Every alcohol delivery includes complete compliance documentation: signed proof of delivery, time stamps, recipient verification, and compliance logs. We maintain chain-of-custody records and can provide audit-ready documentation upon request.
All alcohol deliveries require valid government-issued photo ID verification at the point of delivery. Our drivers are trained to check IDs, refuse delivery to anyone under 21, and document verification in our system. We never leave alcohol unattended or deliver without proper age confirmation.
Yes. Our vehicles meet all food safety standards for temperature-controlled transport. We follow HACCP guidelines, maintain proper refrigeration for perishables, and ensure cross-contamination prevention. Our team is trained in food handling best practices and we carry appropriate insurance for food transport.
Barbak Hospitality maintains comprehensive commercial auto insurance, cargo insurance, and general liability coverage. We're fully insured for the transport of food products, alcohol, and hospitality supplies. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.
Alcohol Delivery & Scheduling
Fill out the Get Started form and select "Alcohol Scheduling" as your service type. You'll be prompted to provide your establishment's license number, preferred pickup location, and delivery window. Our compliance team reviews every alcohol request before confirmation — typically within 1–2 hours during business hours.
We transport beer, wine, and spirits for licensed establishments. This includes bottled and canned beer, kegs, bottled wine, bulk wine, and packaged spirits. We also handle refrigerated transport for temperature-sensitive products like certain wines and draft keg systems.
Alcohol delivery starts at a minimum of five cases per run. There is no maximum — we handle everything from small bar restocks to large-volume distributor transfers. For high-volume orders, contact us for custom pricing and scheduling.
We recommend scheduling alcohol deliveries at least 24 hours in advance to allow for license verification and route planning. Same-day alcohol delivery may be available in select markets — contact our dispatch team before 9 AM to check availability for your location.
Yes. All alcohol deliveries require a licensed, responsible individual to be present at the delivery address. Our drivers are required to verify the recipient's government-issued ID and confirm they are of legal age. Delivery cannot be completed without an authorized recipient on-site.
Yes. We specialize in keg and draft system restocks for bars, restaurants, and event venues. Our vehicles are equipped for keg transport and we coordinate directly with your draft system setup. Refrigerated transport is available for temperature-sensitive keg products.
Contact our dispatch team immediately — we document every alcohol delivery with signed proof of delivery, itemized records, and time stamps. If there's a discrepancy in product count, damage, or a compliance issue, we open an investigation within the hour and work directly with you and the supplier to resolve it.
